I am so weary of what passes for customer service post covid. It's bad enough you've turned customers into cashiers, but what excuse can you possibly give to all the people who go by the incorrect information on your website, and arrive at your store at 7:30 pm, to cash a check. Your check cashing hours are clearly posted-open until 8 pm. The employee standing around, doing nothing, because he used to be a cashier before every store turned us into the till jockeys, and now his job description reads "Observer of Customer Cash... read more

They might as well tear down their money service desk. They haven't had anyone to work it in a long time and they're too lazy to just open it when someone asks to cash a check
