I’m extremely disappointed with the way my TPD claim has been handled. It has now been months, and I have completed everything that was asked of me, including attending medical appointments with the doctor. I was told that the preliminary assessment form had been paid, and that was over a month ago. Since then, I have tried contacting them several times but received no response.
