I would have to agree with the below comment. This company are all Hype in the beginning then you don’t hear back if they are unable to carry out what they hype you up about. They don’t call You either you have to keep calling them & leaving message.
I'm so glad for Tracey's review of three weeks ago. Her review is bang on these guys are going to pass your file around to various lawyers so expect to be working with a new lawyer constantly and then they review your case with costs you more money each time. Expect them to cut the communication off with you when you are not going to get massive payout like the lady said before I experienced the same thing. I found communication and handling of my WorkCover claim extremely poor. Over 12 months, my file was passed between multiple lawyers and paralegals, and I had to repeatedly chase emails with no updates. I never received important documents like my IME report, which made managing my claim very stressful. I cannot recommend relying on this office for timely or consistent service.
If you want compassion, understanding and someone to fight for what you deserve then definitely DON’T use this law firm. They were all so nice and helpful at first but when they find out that the claim will not be “sheep station money” emails go unanswered, phone calls never answered, messages with no replies, payment for specialists not organised, I had to do that yet I was the one injured and traumatised by the whole situation when I finally spoke to someone about the terrible way I was treated all he said was sorry you ha... read more
