We've been going to Bobby for years. Never had any issues. New ownership and new location should negate the old reviews
Unless you’re doing a 1049ez tax return do not trust this place. Dave Smith has absolutely no idea what he is doing.
Run the other way! No clue and no integrity when they screw up.
Taxes filed months after turning over all needed materials, then... no record of taxes being filed once supposedly done and the check cashed.... no record of the refund due to us on file with the IRS. No returned calls, email doesn't work... time for the police and a lawyer. "Might have happened to other clients as well due to a software issue"... seriously... I don't think so.
John has been doing my taxes for many years. I can't say enough good about him, he has helped me over the years. He is an honest, trustworthy, dedicated man who I would recommend to anyone.
