Couldn’t ask for a better service
Its a local company without the big chain nonsense. Same products, but staff is very well informed and not interested in much but making sure you make the right choice for you and your home. They also accept Canex financing for Veterans/Members too. That is a great deal .
I had a problem with my Recliner Chair that I bought at Smith’s Furniture in CBS 3 yrs ago which was out of Warranty & was looking to replace it. The sales person at the store told me to call service to see if they could help, he could have easily sold me a new chair but told me to check first. I called Doug at service & he sent out a very friendly helpful man (sorry I forgot his name). He took my chair apart, fixed my problem & chair is as good as new.
