Remodeled but still lacking It's hard to figure out why shopping here can be such a chore. The store has been recently remodeled, but appears to be the result of good ideas poorly executed. The self check out is convenient, and there is a bank on site. For those looking for a place to purchase kosher items, a whole new section of kosher foods has been added. However in the end there is a sense of disorganization to the store's setup which makes shopping here unenjoyable

great store The manager Charlee is wonderful, she was great with all my coupons and didn't give me any attitude for using them like some cashiers and managers do. The store is clean and I would rather drive all the way to Park City to go to THIS smiths than go to the one in my neighborhood. Wish they doubled coupons though, but the sales ARE pretty great most of the time anyway PROS: friendly and clean CONS: dont double coupons

Crowded We hardly shop at Smiths because it is always was yo crowded. Although the customer service there is great and the employees are really friendly, you have to wait in a really long line to check out, and you can never find a place to park.
