What great customer service I received as a business women. Every Smiths associate I ran into in store ( 5/25/15) was so friendly and eager to help! Great produce department. Very clean and what a great selection. We will continue to use your store for our purchases for our work parties..etc... THANKS!!!!

We would like to give a huge "thank you" to the deli chief, Tony Macri, for providing wonderful information and delicious food and service for our Park City Newcomers Club! We had a very successful party at the Oakley Pavilion before the Rodeo and it was due to Toni Macri informing us about Smith's Catering Service. We were not aware that there was a Catering Service. I was treated like an animal at the Midvale pharmacy today. I did not have enough money to pay for my entire prescription until tomorrow so i ask to buy a couple of pills to get me by. I was told no! I called the manager when i got back to work and felt like a beggar...begging for a pill. She the almighty god said I could buy a couple til tomorrow. Heck with that! I transferred my prescriptions to Walgreens and I will have to go without my meds tonight but I will not be treated like that. I wrote the following to them and to... read more

Local Stores and pricing – My friends say that Smith is expensive but I disagree sometime I find things for cheaper not on sale a Smiths then I can find them at other stores. Try it look at what you get Name brand and how much it cost's and you will see for your self.

Allison (the late night worker) is wonderful, wonderful. – I am only giving this Smith's grocery store a five star rating because of "Allison" the sweet, beautiful lady who works at the self checkout aisle in the early morning hours. Allison is always sweet, cheerful, nice, personable, kind, engaging and polite. Allison always has a smile on her face and she makes me feel right at home. I admire the sweet disposition of Allison. Great place for getting the rrunss! – Bought their deli sub and the "Fiesta bean dip" last night, ate around 9:00 pm. Me and my girlfriend have not slept yet and it is currently 9:36 am. Vommitting and projectile diarrrrrhea all night long. Have checked "best when bought buy" dates and says food is currently good. Normally wouldnt complain but this is a reoccurring theme at Smiths and their deli foods. This is about the fourth time buying something at the deli has given me some kind of stomach illness. good groceries – Good groceries when they got deals, but in the long run, you should just stay with Lin's or Albertsons. They seem to have the lowest overall deals. Smiths is good for when they got good sales going on. We bought half gallon of icecream for $1 this week, but the regular price is over $3- and that's the cheap stuff.

Slow as Molasses in January – I have been so frustrated with this Smith's on several different occasions. The customer service is ridiculously slow. I see employees standing around doing nothing but would not blink an eye if they see someone standing at customer service waiting to be helped. While the "do-it'yourself" lanes can be convenient to some, it is not for me and I think it's crazy that they have only 2 at most 3 cashier's lanes open.
