Mr. Smitherman, helped me out huge with my civil lawsuit. He was very professional and knowledgeable, and his wife Molly is also wonderful too! I would give him 10 stars if I could!! I recommend him for all your legal issues.
This lawyer will not call you back, they say they will and then you waste time waiting for them to call you. If there is a conflict of interest they won't tell you, they'll just say they will call you back. Pretty cowardly to not just say why you aren't calling back.
