DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO RETURN MY CALLS! I called twice and talked to his receptionist indicating I wanted his professional advice on an IRA problem. His receptionist said he was with a client (both times) so I asked for Mr. Smith to call me back. Four days later and no response - 1 star.
