Major lack of communication. If you owe them- they will go after you at all costs even when you set up a payment plan you’ve been doing for four months!
Terrible customer service. The woman on the phone was terrible and very unaccomadating
Aaron Smeall is an excellent attorney. He is creative in finding solutions. I have observed that he is respected by judges. I am impressed that he is not only personally committed to his clients but appears to be a fan of law. I am grateful to Mr Smeall for the years I was able to spend with my daughter that I otherwise would have lost.
When ever I call or if I have to go to the office, Cathi,Emi and the receptionist at the front desk have always been polite respectful and very helpful!!
