Unfortunately, my experience was very underwhelming. The service felt rushed, and it didn’t seem like much care was put into reviewing my information thoroughly. I had to point out multiple errors and request corrections, which should have been caught the first time. Very disappointing experience from start to finish. The process felt disorganized, and I was often left unsure about what was happening with my documents. Deadlines and expectations were not clearly communicated, which caused unnecessary stress. It seemed like there was a lack of attention to detail, and I had to double-check things on my own to make sure everything was handled correctly. Overall, the experience did not feel professional or reliable. I would not recommend based on my experience.

I had a very frustrating experience working with this tax preparer. Communication was inconsistent and delayed, and despite multiple follow-ups, I struggled to get timely updates on my tax returns. What was especially concerning was that sensitive information and communication were not handled appropriately—messages intended for me were sent to someone else, which raises serious privacy concerns.
