Very rude front desk lady! Been in a couple different times concerning issues with paystubs not received and issues with W2s and or even asking simple questions, this lady with very short hair in the front (wears glasses) has zero time to do her job and acts put out if you have any questions. First, I recommend exploring other options. You will find that other places or CPAs provide lower cost for the same services and offer better value for your taxes or payrolls. Expect bad communication with them. As a customer you expect respect and honesty .This place does gives you neither. And they don't care if they lose your business at all. They're dishonest combined with lack of integrity. Zero stars. Trust me.

Very satisfied. Used them for two years now. Brand new comfortable building. Their process for doing your taxes is very efficient. Drop off your tax info and return two weeks later. it's ready to pick up and pay. Rename yourselves SpeedyTax.

Kyle is top notch. He rescued me from a national chain tax service that left my taxes a complete disaster. Same situation when I was eligible for free tax preparation one year. He also dealt with tax matters regarding a deceased parent's estate. Truly goes above and beyond. I no longer live in the area, but as long as Smith and Sem is in business, that's who will do my taxes.
