The receptionist was unfriendly. Most places do the work while you sit with them. This place told me it could take two weeks. They didn't explain things well, if at all. They acted hurried and stressed out and charged twice the rate of other accountants who are more efficient and respectful. I'm very disappointed.
I have had my taxes done by Smith Schafer for the past two years. They are professional, friendly and know their stuff. Advice about taxes and how different activities in our life impact our income taxes has been extremely helpful. As we near retirement they are an independent advisor for taxes, investments, and planning for my wife and I.
