We made an appointment weeks in advance to have 2 wills made. My partner had to take a day off work especially to attend as we wanted them done ASAP. We were put into a small room to wait for the solicitor...I think her name was Lynn, After 5 minutes a lady came in and said Lynn was not in the office, so we couldn't have the wills done. We were also told there were no appointments until the new year. Received an automatic quote from them. I replied by sending them multiple emails but had not response. Called their office and was kept on hold for 7min and then told nobody was available. I asked them to call me back within one hour, and 24 hours later still no response. I would highly recommend using another solicitors. If they treat new customer leads this way, I dread to think how they treat existing customers.
