I enjoyed my short succession with the aquatic pool and the exercises I learned and I have been doing them faithfully. It is just too far for me, 88 years old, to drive up there or I would take some of the classes.
My therapist Lauren Apa has helped me so much with Aqua therapy. She is very knowledgeable and always has a new challenge for me each session! I have made more improvement in 2 months than I did in 6 months of regular PT. I love Smith PT and look forward to my appointments instead of dreading them! I highly recommend them!
I have taken advantage of different aspects of Smith PT. From actual PT to participating in their punch pass program. Most recently I signed up for the pool strong class. It’s only been 3 weeks in this program and I feel stronger already! Exercising in the water is an excellent way to keep moving without too much stress on my joints. I’m so thankful for Smith PT!

I can not say enough wonderful things about Smitt aquatics! As a nurse turned patient I wish I had know about this place years ago to tell all my patients in need of PT. The pool and air is comfortably warm. The physical therapists are amazing and explain the exercises in detail as well as why and what part of your body they are meant to improve, all on a 1:1 basis.
