Advertise 24 hour service, NOT! Had to call multiple times to get answers then get a phone call from an insecure wife asking why I was calling her husband, ridiculous 🙄 Asked when will there be someone there to pick the vehicle since no one could do it that the day before (open 24 hours), super rude response from wife, “that all I need to do is call and some one will answer,” lol 😂 Get there the guy didn’t want to get out of the truck finally did demand cash only. My son, his wife and 3 small children were stuck on the side of the road with a blowing radiator hose. It was cold and the roads were terrible. This driver came to tow them in. Saw what was wrong and said "I can fix this and save you the tow charge". He went to town, got the parts, came back, fixed their problem and got them on the road headed back to Kansas, where we are from.
