I was referred to Smearman Marshall LLC by a friend who is also a friend of Mr Smearman. After the initial interview with both Mr Smearman and Ms. Caitlin Thompson, I immediately decided to have them represent me as my Probate Attorneys. They are professional as well as thoughtful and knowledgeable with every step toward the Final Account of the Probate. It was a pleasure to work with Ms. Caitlin Thompson especially, not only that she was detailed but very patient working with me as well.
Eric Smearman took over the handling of my Dad's estate, and was so great to work with. He was always very friendly and professional, and was great at communicating with me through each step and took the time to answer all our questions. I am so grateful for his help during a difficult time, and would recommend his services.
