Excellent service. Would definitely use again.
Very awful firm. Ignored emails, letters, phone calls. Very slow to respond when they do respond. When you complain they just mess you around. One bright side, I found out you have to give someone at least one star on Google, otherwise you can't post a review! (They really deserve zero stars.)
Treated me really badly as an employee and now refuse to give references even though everyone needs to work to pay their rent! I have a good job now but they put me in a very difficult position a few times with false accusations that go on even now. Stay away from them, they treat their secretarial staff really badly and pay them only the bare minimum when other law firms in the area pay well. It got to the point it was better to be on the dole or find another job than work for them anymore.
Having had a good experience dealing with this firm in the mid-2000’s I looked forwards to them representing my elderly, recently-widowed father (who has had 3 major surgical procedures across the past few years) in respect of his property sale a few months ago.
