Months ago, I met with Phillip about an unclaimed property matter. He stated he was going to the courthouse that afternoon and would have an update for me I thought that same day. Was easy to find and plenty of parking . Staff was friendly.
Extremely kind and helpful.
Don’t get in no hurry, and don’t do what is asked. Misleading to put you off trying to buy time. This office should have had signatures from other party for deed after the other party got paid. Here it is a month later saying they forgot to get their signatures. They’re incompetent and unprofessional to say the least. Unsatisfied customer. Will never used them again!
