I wouldn't recommend Mr. Smith to anyone. He was appointed to my boyfriend for a criminal case. My boyfriend never heard from him except for the day before court. My boyfriend was told not to contact him for 6 weeks due to another trial going on. Mr. Smith was very rude and disrespectful to us when would call about things that needed to be taken care of.
