Working at The Smith Law Firm was a frustrating experience. The micromanagement was unbearable; every small task was scrutinized, leaving no room for autonomy or trust. The office was disorganized in the sense of every employee was doing a bit of everything and there was like four businesses being ran in one place. Run away!!!! Troy Marsaw is not an attorney and Prudence allows him to practice at this office. If this happened to you, you must report them both! It’s illegal for someone to practice law without having the credentials to do so. I had a car accident and never once spoke with an attorney, they never submitted ANY medical treatment documents and only submitted a letter of representation and when the claim was settled, they sure did take 1/3 of settlement.
