You would think as a debt collector that they would accept payments online or over the phone but they intentionally make it difficult and only accept checks in the mail so that way its easier for us to default on payments so that way they can charge you more. Be warned that you should send payments a month in advance because they do not go off of the date stamp on the envelope, so if the mail is slow and your payment doesn't make it in time from no fault of your own, they will penalized you for it.
