I hired Kenton in January 2015. He's stuck by our families side for 3 years, fighting for the right of an elderly man who suffered financial abuse at the hands of his child. He's not once asked us for more money than what he originally quoted. He fights the fight just as hard today as he did 3 years ago. I was given 3 names to contact- he was by far the most invested, engaged and continues the drive for justice. Attorneys get a bad wrap. Kenton is a true winner by all definitions.
A woman agreed to a portion of land in return for becoming an old mans power of attorney then while he was having knee surgery the woman went to Kenton R. Smith and with his help took the rest of the man's land so I no who I'm gonna go to when I want something that isn't mine
