I wanted to have a trademark done for my business. He was initially helpful in the conversation. But then I emailed him to ask questions if I should consider adding categories to the trademark. I didn't understand why I should only select 1-2 instead of the 10 that might apply to my business. He wrote back that I indicate a lack of trust in his service, then cc'd his whole office that I was barred from using their firm ever. All because I asked some clarifying questions.
