If I could have selected zero I would! The site look nice and proper however that couldn’t be further from the truth. My order was made on the 19 May 2020 and its now the 23 June and no sign of it. After sending numerous emails with no reply I am intending on reversing the purchase through my bank and do not intend to ever purchase from this company who takes your money and doesn’t even reply to a simple request. Buyer beware! Goods shoddy. Communication impossible. Not Smith and Jones. DS marketing. Not Melbourne China. Offered small discount not refund. Offered more shoddy product. Don’t buy from this company.
Made an order in February 2022 & haven’t received or heard any information. Emails don’t get replied too, terrible service, don’t use them.
Ordered a dehumidifier in March and still not received. Sent several emails to them and requested a refund. Still no refund and no dehumidifier. Australia Post have no record of the tracking number they sent me. Totally ripped off. Reported them to Fair Trading.
