Get your agreement in writing if you work with Jeff. Did a case for me. $1,500 retainer. $350 an hour. Ended up keeping ALL my money and said that is what we had agreed which was NOT the case. I’ve read all the reviews before admitting mine here. Mr. Smith may be hard to get ahold of sometimes, or he cuts straight to the point. You might even call him hard headed. That is because he has practiced law for roughly 30 years. He has been my Defense twice. Mr. Smith saved me from serving a significant amount of time, and my family and I will forever be grateful for the time and work that he sacrificed for me.
