I haven t seen a employee there that seemed to know anything about their tractors or their service. Have had them order things for me, and 50% of the time its wrong.

Same thing happened to me today. Looked at mowers outside. Looked at mowers inside. No employee ever came over to talk to me. I left.

I visited Smith Implements today, Saturday, June 9, 2012, to consider purchasing a riding mower. I roamed the parking lot where they have most of there 100 series John Deeres and in the showroom as well. I was there for 20 minutes or so, and not a single employee approached me to talk to me about what I might be looking for. In my opinion, a shopper shouldn t have to flag down an employee, the employee should be chasing the customer. I figured if their indifference to shoppers was such, so must be their service.
