We went back in June 2021, We paid for paper work to be filled out and sent, they said the paper work would take a few months, I called a few times and the last time I called they said someone would call me back and it has been about 6 months after that, and still no response...
I’m giving 2 stars simply because they did get us through to the final steps before being given our appointment after 4 years. Once it was time for us to submit the DS-260 document that was the end of any assistance. Four months minimum they had all our documents we made ready to submit, with no submission. Each call with concern resulted in us being told it was not our turn and to wait till she had time but didn’t know when that would be.
