18 months in. Still waiting for records (same excuse last 12 calls over last 2 to 3 months) can't tell my wife which records they don't have and have not talked to an attorney yet. Every time we call we get a new person who does not understand her case. We will update this as necessary. Update: within 30 minutes of this review they claimed they were having trouble getting record from the one provider who has given us records easily and without a fight.
