Gary had our taxes for 9 months. Never filed them even though we called, text'd and emailed begging for him to send them back. Received them October 23rd. If couse we owed and penalties are due. Trying to get out of that bc he wouldn't send them back to us! Very disappointed that this is how he's leaving his business.
Gary is no longer a CPA registered in the state of MD. It took him four months to prepare my taxes, and still has not filed them.
