Good luck trying to get anything fixed from this place. They don’t keep records and make you reach out to another company that refuses to fix your furniture after buying a 10 year warranty.
bought a recliner that reclines all the way to tipping me over onto my back... reply was "come sit in the one in the store"! Found another recliner.. same make…same problem…in a dumpster…. Catnapper quality
The new store is very nice! The staff are friendly and very helpful! If they don't have it in stock, they can most likely order it. For a small hometown furniture store, they have a nice variety. We will return.
