MY WIFE AND I HAD OUR 2008 TAXES PREPARED BY RICH SMITH. HE FAILED TO SEND IN TO THE IRS, ONLY AFTER WE CALLED DID THEY REALIZE THEIR MISTAKE. WE WERE LIED TO REPEATEDLY AND FALSELY ACCUSED BY R. SMITH OF USING VULGAR LANGUAGE DURING OUR PHONE CONVERSATIONS IN AN APPARENT EFFORT TO DETRACT FROM HIS FAILURE. AS A RESULT MY REFUND WAS SEVERAL WEEKS LATE. I WAS NEVER OFFERED A REFUND OR DISCOUNT FOR THEIR ERROR.
