During our initial orientation, she was extremely unprofessional—rude, dismissive, and constantly interrupting while I was trying to explain important details regarding my son’s therapeutic needs. After dealing with other local agencies I’m very thankful and very pleased with Ms. Smith. Very professional, very alert and thorough with all reports. She got back to me immediately and even drove up an hour to meet my son before the first visit with his father so he knew who she was for the first and upcoming visit. I highly recommend Ms. Smith.
