Lauren is completely unprofessional. I had an unfortunate situation with the wife getting a divorce and was required to use her services. Her notes have a bunch of dramatical errors about senseless topics pertaining to food and meaningless stuff that doesn't need to be recorded. She does not proof read her reports. She never talked about the fact my kids would run across the playground to greet me and tell me how much they loved and miss me. I had a very negative experience with Lauren Smith from Smith Family Agency. During our initial orientation, she was extremely unprofessional—rude, dismissive, and constantly interrupting while I was trying to explain important details regarding my son’s therapeutic needs. She showed no willingness to consider the licensed therapist’s recommendations for appropriate visit times and structure, which are critical to my child’s well-being. After dealing with other local agencies I’m very thankful and very pleased with Ms. Smith. Very professional, very alert and thorough with all reports. She got back to me immediately and even drove up an hour to meet my son before the first visit with his father so he knew who she was for the first and upcoming visit. I highly recommend Ms. Smith.
