My experience started out well but quickly became extremely frustrating. After being retained, there were often months at a time with no communication despite repeated emails, phone calls, and other attempts to obtain updates. The only consistent communication I received was requests for additional payments, accompanied by statements that representation would be terminated if payment was not made.
