Extremely disappointed. I paid $2,500 for what should have been a simple and urgent affidavit. While the service was technically performed, the firm has failed to provide the transcript despite multiple formal email and phone requests. More than a week ago, I notified the senior partner in writing—and still, no response. This level of disregard for a paying client is unacceptable.
