The only thing they guarantee is taking your money. I hired an attorney from this firm for another person, the attorney never even spoke to the client and refused to contact myself after repeatedly attempting to contact by phone, text and email. The attorney never met with the client, never spoke to the client, and a different attorney (not the one that was hired) showed up to court with absolutely no knowledge of the client to “defend” him.
