PLEASE do yourself a favor and have Rich Zaleski defend you! My family's life was about to fall apart, and all of a sudden, my case was dismissed. The police can have the best of intentions in an arrest for DV (or maybe they're just covering themselves). In our case, they did not listen to the supposed 'victim's' wishes that there be no arrest. I have to tell you about the best experience ever with attorney Zielinski! I have never needed a defense attorney before so I was lost. But Mr. Zelensky made everything seem effortless.
