After having moved 16 times including back and forth to Europe; this was certainly the move from hell. Items missing including a new ladies full length leather coat, numerous broken pieces of furniture and they mishandled and broke two very expensive antique grandfather clocks. Filed a claim and have still not heard back including the grandfather clocks which we paid to have crated by them and declared them a high value item. Find a different mover for your move. We are more than pleased with the service we were provided. Kellie Young and Renee Krahn both helped us navigate through all of our questions and scheduling difficulties, and we very much appreciate it. The movers were also excellent. They were very helpful and professional in Charleston and when they came to our home. We have all had good and not at all good experience with movers in the past, and they surpassed our expectations. Smith Dray Line recently assisted me with my local Charleston move and it was by far the easiest move I've ever had. The crew was professional, courteous, and took exceptional care in handling my belongings from the storage unit to my new home. They truly went above and beyond – I highly recommend them!
