I normally love Smith Creek Cycle however last time I went I stood in the store for 15 minutes and didn't even receive as much as a hello let alone service. After standing there for 15 minutes I left and went to a neighboring bike shop and received help instantly. Not impressed.

Just swung by for the first time to pick up an inner tube and ended up buy a set of pedals. Awesome shop, met James (I think?) who was awesome to talk to and gave me some local spots in Kelowna and Vernon. Will definitely be coming back despite the drive from Summerland! Also, great Insta content, love the vids
