Smith Creek Cycles saved my tour by quickly replacing a bottom bracket and finding an issue with my brakes that I wouldn’t have noticed until too late. I could tell from sitting in there for a half hour that they have a very good relationship with their customers. I would definitely recommend them to anyone for bike service in Kelowna.
Ordered online from this shop before, and wanted to check it out in person when I was in the area. Happened to find some nice wheels at the same time, and they installed it for me late on Saturday, since I was leaving on Sunday. Fantastic people and service!

I normally love Smith Creek Cycle however last time I went I stood in the store for 15 minutes and didn't even receive as much as a hello let alone service. After standing there for 15 minutes I left and went to a neighboring bike shop and received help instantly. Not impressed.
