If I could rate a zero I most certainly would! The lady at the front is the epitome of rude! They did NOT prepare our taxes well and did a 1040 form no itemization that we handed receipts and bills for! When we asked questions the lady at the front was exceptionally rude looked and talked to us like we were complete idiots and were wasting her time! Stay away! Would have saved ourselves a lot of time and money doing it ourselves or going to H and R block!
I wouldn't recommend. Couldn't get past the rude lady at the desk.
All of the people are very friendly and helpful. They help my whole family every year!
