This firm is unprofessional and refuses to handle legal issues with our attorney. This company Consistently overflows our mailbox with information that they should be speaking to our attorney about. They sent a service processor to where we reside and tried to announce our personal business to the public this almost led into a verbal argument. (Your harassment tactics will not work.)

I would not recommend Michael Coppa, who is an associate at this firm. He was slow to respond throughout the process and rescheduled my closing date multiple times. Then on the day of closing (which he suggested), not only did he not show up, he added the wrong address for the FedEx delivery of a lot of the important paperwork (deed, etc). We had to call him almost a dozen times to get this fixed, and only after badgering multiple times did we ultimately find a work around.
