Used her for several years and was great. November 2023, received an email offering a discount for prepaying for the 2023 taxes, which I was willing to do. Have not heard form her since, despite phone calls, emails and messages on her web page. I assume something has happened to her, but who knows what.
If I could I would rate this a 0/5 business. Jen is a manipulative and lying sack of deceitful person walking amongst us. She has ruined my business by not filing my taxes properly and now I owe the government over 16k. I have tried to contact her repeatedly over the last 8 months, every way possible to get this sorted and she has never responded. Left me and my family in despair and financial burdens. Doesn’t answer any phones or emails. Screwed our taxes up and won’t help fix them. Our small business owes 16k in taxes because of her. Would not recommend. Waste of money.
No stars. Screwed up our taxes and wont answer any phone call or emails to fix them. We owe over 16k from 2021 that she filed wrong. And will answer any communication.
Previously worked twice with Jen. She seemed pretty competent at what she was doing but good luck getting a call back or any response whatsoever. Tried calling their main line and it seems to have been disconnected and she doesn't answer her phone. Gave her two stars for the two times she did my taxes
