We were bamboozled into thinking this was a top of the line fine furniture company. Returned the sofa sectional for repair.. they did nothing. Said it was a sectional and because they are separate pieces, ariations are expected. Oh my gosh! I could have purchased 3 sectional somewhere else for what this cost. It doesn’t line up. The middle section cushion is completely thicker than the ends are. And there is a gap I can stick my whole arm through between one of the ends and the middle section. Our family has a Smith Brothers sectional in our home and it is the most comfortable we've ever had. Our whole family can relax on it and yes, our kids even jump on it regularly. It's easy to clean and looks great.
Very poor quality and no warranty coverage. Wrong legs on sofa. Fabric not stitched properly. Use another manufacturer.
I highly recommend running as fast as you can from Smith Brothers. They claim to have this amazing product and they charge an arm and a leg. They also claim to have a warranty, but trust me. It is BOGUS. They stand behind nothing. They have such an arrogance as a company it is disgusting. Trust me........you don't want their product because if you do have a problem, they will do NOTHING for you. Awful company.
When I wrote a negative review, Smith Brothers told me to reach out to them via email. I did and they never responded. Buyer beware. Customer service doesn’t appear to exist with this company.
I would highly recommend not buying anything smith brothers. We bought a sectional and one of the pieces was built terrible. Bad bunching at the bottom and holes in the arm rest. Completely different and shit from the rest of the couch. Tried to make a clam from the purchasing company and got the run around for a month. Tried to reach out to smith brothers direct and quickly learned they could care less. Looked up reviews online and learned I was not the only one.
