Started this service a month ago- two weeks in a row now our order claims to be delivered but it isn’t . The week prior the delivery driver couldn’t find the apartment building- I was called- told the building number and still no delivery. Today I received notification that my order was delivered shortly after 9- it wasn’t- I reached out to smith brothers and now at almost 2pm am told my driver couldn’t be reached but a special delivery will come on Monday. Great dairy products, great service and it is from a local well known dairy.
We’ve received two orders now that have been way over safe handling temperatures. All of the dairy (yogurt, cottage cheese, and cream cheese) were over 74 degrees at time of delivery. They were literally warm to the touch. This is going to make customers sick if consumed with this level of poor food handling. Prices are too steep for spoiled food and it’s a horrible waste.
We’ve been using Smith Brothers for a few months now and our delivery drivers always amaze me. To my surprise, when I went to grab our weekly delivery, our amazing driver left a treat for each of our dogs. While it seems so simple, it’s a kind gesture that made me (and our dogs) smile. Hands down the BEST service ever! Thank you Smith Brothers Farms for your amazing service!!
