Scandalous and unethical attorney!! Run.. Don't walk!! I contacted Brook for his services for a simple cash sale on a property. Before onboarding him, I asked how long it would take him to review the short document. He stated 1 to 2 hours TOPS. Well, to make a long story short, in the end, he charged me nearly $2K...for VERY LITTLE work. He did work and charged me for it that I specifically asked him not to do (I have emails to prove it).
