Eric has always been great to work with and explains all the steps in plain English. He finds the right programs to help minimize your payments and down payment needed.
Zach helped us get our loan in place. We were going with VA and Zach was first with the right numbers time after time. When we needed to make a lender decision, he was miles ahead of the others we were working with; of course we went with Midwest Family and Zach. Did I mention it was all done remotely in less than a month? It was a crazy ride and Zach was a rock through the whole process.
We had Zach Smith help us through every part of our first time home buying process. He was available day and night and answered any and all questions we had, even the ones he had already answered ten times already. We would recommend Zach to anyone needing Mortgage assistance and we will be using him indefinitely!
