I've been informed of hearings only days ahead of time, when motions were filed 6 and 7 weeks prior to notification from Tonya. Tonya shows up to hearings unprepared and "misses" obvious things in the opposition's case that should be challenged. If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT GO TO THIS LADY FOR LEGAL HELP. All she does is take your money and ignore phone calls. My dad has paid over 5K to this woman to help him get my little sister back from her abusive mother and she has done absolutely ZERO!! She doesn’t answer the phone or call him back when he just needs advice and has questions. This is absolutely disgusting. She’s a sorry excuse of an attorney and should not be practicing law AT ALL.
