My husband has used Jay for his business and personal taxes. Jay consistently ignores his emails and calls. He never files the taxes on time and last year, he didn't file them until November and my husband had to pay the IRS a $500 late fee, which, of course, Jay would not take responsibility for. We will not use him again and will discourage anyone else from using him.

I'm relatively new to town and 4 months ago hired Smith & Bennett accounting to manage my bookkeeping, to do my corporate and personal taxes and payroll. It’s now 4 months later and NOTHING has been completed.
