Great service, everybody is very nice and treats you with respect. They hauled a car for me and it had no damage and I talked to a woman named Shirley and she is the nicest person very recommend.

Damaged our car due to rocks and debris flying off truck as driver was entering highway and I was behind him. As I tried to catch up to him, he was trying to speed away, but I got the number on the truck. When I called the operator said he doesn’t have any trucks over where the incident occurred. I told him I got the number off the truck itself and he said he would get back to me. Never did. Awful company with no integrity. I see another reviewer said a similar thing.

My son's car broke down on him on way back from vacation in atlanta Ga. My cousin recommended Smith auto. Called others and they beat everyone in price, and the customer service was amazing. Even dealing with a distressed and emotional us over all of this. The hotshot driver was friendly and curtious. Let us know when he got the car picked up and left Georgia and called when he was about 3 hrs away from destination. Highly recommend.
