Used smith and associates since they were close by. Our house closed July 10th we were asked to be out by noon we messaged and let them know we were out by 9am they could close the house. 4pm came we asked if the house closed no response 6pm no response 9pm we sent another email no response. Next morning we received an email apologizing that it closed so late they failed to respond to us. Couple days go by money finally gets transferred and amount was higher than expected.
