Terrible lawyer firm. Do not go here. Our grandmother passed away last summer. Has been a headache for my entire family. This isn’t just happening to us but other clientele. I don’t know what’s going on in this circus. These people need to have their licenses revoked. Keep in mind , just because you have a white collar profession doesn’t make you intelligent. A close friend of mine and his family has been struggling with these lawyers for about a year now. These delays have been greatly affecting the family financially as-well as emotionally after the passing of a family member. After hearing the trouble these folks have gone through I would not recommend this firm to anyone in need of a lawyer.
I Would not use.
Buying a house and this lawyer is the sellers lawyer. They have not been able to change title in a timely manner. I just had this done at another establishment in Cranbrook for the house I live in, within a couple of days. They have held up the sale for both myself and seller and I have incurred extra costs with the delays. I have been paying interest for almost one month on my 20% down payment. The seller is wanting to hurry it along as well…but this office does not seem competent enough to make this happen. Would not use.
