Very disappointing experience. My wife paid for a 60 minute massage but received nowhere near a full hour of actual treatment. The therapist repeatedly left the room throughout the session, and in total she estimates around 30 minutes was spent waiting for the therapist to return. To make matters worse, each time the therapist came back, her hands were cold, making it difficult to relax and enjoy the massage.
